I am an ecologist and biogeographer, which means I study how life is spread across the planet, whether that’s on a single mountain slope or across an entire continent.
My interest in nature started early, growing up in the Andean mountains around Bogota - Colombia. Today, a lot of my work focuses on how climate change is shifting where different species can actually live and survive. I’m currently based in Sweden, but I still get out into the field whenever I can, usually with a camera in my bag.
